Our gluten-free and vegan cooking classes can teach you all that.


Arya Bhavan's Chef KirtiVegan by birth, Arya Bhavan’s Chef Kirti shares her passion for healthy cooking in hands-on classes where you learn 3 recipes per session and are initiated to the tricks of the trade.


“All I can say is WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the experience. Kirti has such a warm, positive spirit and energy! She’s the real deal! She taught us so many of her “secrets” learned from years of cooking her delicious food at Arya Bhavan.

Class Price: $50 per person (unless otherwise specified). Discounts available when registering for multiple classes.

All classes are held at Arya Bhavan Restaurant and include instruction handouts, a cup of Indian tea and tastings of the recipes.

Vegan Cooking for Your Vitamin Boost!Aloo Gobi vegan dish

  • Green Mung Bean Soup (GF): packed with potassium, magnesium, fiber and vitamin B6, this soup will do you a lot of good!
  • Aloo Gobi (GF): cauliflower and potato dish sautéed in Indian spices. Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, K and B6, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
